In order to ensure safety, coexistence, environmental protection, and the proper functioning of the facilities, we remind you of some basic behavior rules within the port premises. These rules are set out in the Operations Regulations and are mandatory. Compliance is essential to maintain a clean, safe, and efficient port for everyone.
Below is a summary of the most relevant prohibitions and obligations, organized by area for a quick and clear reading.
🔥 General prohibitions within the Port
- Fire and smoke: Smoking during fuel operations, lighting fires, using barbecues or open flame lanterns is prohibited.
- Fishing and swimming: Fishing, shellfishing, swimming, diving, or using jet skis outside authorized channels is not allowed.
- Waste: It is strictly forbidden to throw garbage or liquids on the ground or into the water outside designated areas. Use the provided containers.
- Noise: Megaphones and loud music that disturb other users are prohibited.
- Events and works: Authorization is required to hold events, perform works, or make modifications to the facilities.
- Traffic and storage: Fuel supply outside the fuel station, storing items outside designated areas, or driving unauthorized vehicles is prohibited.
🐾 Domestic animals
- They are allowed if properly restrained and in compliance with municipal regulations.
- Feeding stray animals (cats, dogs, birds, etc.) is prohibited.
⚓ Mooring and vessel obligations
- Each vessel must be moored only in its assigned berth and with proper fenders.
- It must be kept in good condition and buoyant. Otherwise, removal may be required.
- Vessels must not have their engines running while moored or perform disturbing or dangerous work without authorization.
🚫 Specific prohibitions for vessels
- Having hazardous materials on board is prohibited (except those essential for navigation).
- Anchors, buoys, or halyards that cause noise or danger cannot be used.
- Electrical and water connections must comply with safety regulations.
- Maximum speed within the port: 3 knots. Light sailing boats, jet skis, and sailing cruisers must respect the designated channels and usage conditions.
